Status shows Device Distributed but I never received it — what to do?

Report to college Nodal Officer immediately with a written complaint. Nodal Officer must raise a discrepancy report with UPDESCO for investigation.

eKYC Completed — Awaiting Distribution

eKYC is done and you are in the pipeline. Your college batch has not been scheduled yet. Check weekly.

Device Approved

A device has been allocated to you. Distribution event is imminent — contact college for exact date immediately.

Device Distributed

Distribution is recorded as complete. If you did not receive your device, contact college Nodal Officer immediately with a written complaint.

eKYC Pending

eKYC not yet complete — you cannot enter the distribution pipeline. Complete eKYC first on the DigiShakti portal.

Invalid Enrollment / Not Found

College has not uploaded your data to UPDESCO. Contact your Nodal Officer and request immediate data upload.
